Für einen Besuch eignet sich vor allem die Zeit zwischen April und Oktober, wenn das Thermometer T-Shirt-taugliche Temperaturen anzeigt, zahlreiche Straßencafés öffnen und die Einheimischen in Scharen zum Sonnenbaden in den St. Stephen's Green-Park pilgern.
